Alright, i never felt so great before.
School signed up a camp @ AKLTG for us, the first thing that comes into our mind was ' what lame shit.'. Little do I know that this is actually, somehow, a camp that totally cturned my life around - for the better.
Higher Self-esteem, check.
More motivated- check.
And guess what? I feel.. AWESOME!
I found a hope in myself, no longer feeling that I'm not cut out to study. We're all champions from the start,well there's a story behind it. And through this camp I've realised that I'm actually very fortunate compared to some of my peers , whose parents left them. And yet they're so optimistic about life,I looked at myself. I have everything, and the most amzing thing was, are you guys aware that we're a miracle ourselves?
For we can raise up both our arms, thats a miracle, for we can achieve success with our pair of hands, it's a miracle.
and, whatever that doesn't kill us, makes us stronger.
I remember Candice told us that , if we MUST step out of our comfort zone and fight for what we want, and she shared alot of stories with us.
With just this camp, I've gained alot knowledge. Schoolmates cheered me on while i was giving a speech to my mother, whom I'm most grateful to, and our most beloved Miss Chew. I can't help but to feel so fortunate, to have the chance to attend this camp, to have such great and strong supports from my Classmates, Close friends, and teachers. But what's most important is, I am given a chance to build up a bright future ahead of me, So I'm gonna be a fighter and fight for what I want :B
